By accessing or using Localtiz's website, products, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.

Localtiz provides local marketing services including NFC Tap Cards and Displays, review generation tools, SEO services, website design, and marketing automation. Specific deliverables and scope are defined in individual service agreements or product descriptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Tap Cards and Displays are physical products that link to your Google Review page via NFC and QR technology. You are responsible for activating and linking cards to your own business profile.

Card codes are unique. Lost or stolen cards should be reported to support for deactivation. We are not liable for misuse of cards prior to deactivation.

Product purchases are processed through PayPal or Stripe. Monthly service subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

You can cancel monthly subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases are non-refundable except as stated in our return policy.

Where a guarantee is offered, it applies to specific, documented milestones agreed upon in your service agreement. Results depend on factors including market competition, your existing online presence, and your cooperation with our recommendations.

We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, as search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (e.g., Google) and are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide timely access to required accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile, website CMS), respond to requests for information, and implement agreed-upon recommendations.

Delays in providing access or approvals may impact timelines and results. We are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

All content, branding, software, and materials created by Localtiz remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, custom website designs and content created specifically for you are transferred to your ownership.

You retain ownership of your business name, logo, reviews, and all data you provide to us.

Localtiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (e.g., Google algorithm updates, policy changes) that affect service outcomes.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. We will provide a reasonable transition period for handover of assets and data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Localtiz operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
